Wouldn't it be awesome if ... we could all live into our 100's disease free and die of some simple pneumonia. love that suggestion !

With so many restaurants having online access to their menus, it's really easy to do a "menu scan" ahead of time and make decisions about what will work best for me. It also provides a fabulous opportunity to decide on "substitutions" should there be a need. I experience less anxiety because when I do place my order, I haven't caused delays when my dining companions have already satisfied their palate & ordered! Knowing ahead of time what I plan to order also helps set my anticipation and expectation for a pleasurable dining experience. The satisfaction that I experience knowing that I've kept alignment with my goals is immeasurable! Try it!
Help keep your body from developing Diabeties...
Most of us are aware they've been putting antibiotics in farm animals since about 1946--what some may not know is: since then there is mass overproduction & the meds are used not only for growth anymore, but to allow the animals to survive the unsanitary conditions they're raised in. Modern day farms breed bacteria, disease...these animals are under constant stress=suppressing their immune function. An alarming 80% of these meds are not even digested in the livestock & distributed into the air & soil in their waste... what does that mean... it means NEW bacteria develops & the strain becomes resistant to common antibiotics... HENCE why antibiotics are not working like they were developed to. What can you do:
1. Eat organic
2. Eat more fresh veggies & fruit... Limit meat (esp. those raised in these conditions)
3. Only take antibiotics when absolutely necessary (bacteria infections)
Americans health is declining... it doesn't take a genius to know why. Do your part to keep your family well & spread your knowledge to others...
